About Microphone Monitoring
If you can hear your own voice in the headphones, this is because the USB microphone’s direct monitoring feature is enabled.
This function feeds the microphone signal directly back to the headphones, allowing real-time monitoring of volume, clarity, and performance. It is commonly used in podcasting, interviews, and live streaming scenarios.
If you prefer not to hear your own voice, please follow the guide below to disable microphone monitoring.
Note
1. The microphone’s real-time monitoring feature operates at the hardware level and is independent of computer or software settings.
2. Disabling monitoring will not affect the audio heard by others in recordings or live streams.
3. Extremely low or zero latency is a normal characteristic of this feature and does not indicate a system malfunction.
