How to Verify Your Product
Before you start: keep the product packaging and the microphone itself within reach — you'll need both the label and the S/N.
Step 1 — Inspect the anti-counterfeiting label
Genuine products carry an official authenticity label on the packaging. Check it for signs of tampering, peeling, duplication, or damage before scanning. A label that looks re-applied or printed off-register is a warning sign on its own.
Step 2 — Scan the QR code
Locate the anti-counterfeiting QR code on the side of the product packaging box (see image below) and scan it with your smartphone. It opens the official verification page.
Step 3 — Match the serial number
On the verification page, compare the S/N shown with the S/N inscribed on the microphone unit itself. They must match exactly. The verification page result is shown in the second image below.
If the S/N does not match, or the label looks tampered with: do not rely on the scan result. Contact [support@maono.com] with photos of the label, the S/N on the microphone, and the verification page, and our team will confirm the product for you.
