Key step: Connect both the wireless receiver and microphone to your computer at the same time.
Note: The wireless receiver connects to the computer via USB port. The microphone must be connected with a physical USB‑C cable . Please refer to the screenshots below for reference.
Microphone firmware update is only supported on Windows OS.
Launch the Maono Link software. Open the top‑right hamburger menu and select Firmware Update, then click Update.
⚠️ Do NOT unplug USB cables, remove the wireless receiver, or close Maono Link during the whole update process.
Troubleshooting: Microphone Power‑on Failure and Wireless Receiver No LED after Firmware Update
1、Microphone cannot power on
Insert a toothpick into the 3.5 mm headphone jack at the bottom of the microphone for hardware reset. Next, press and hold the microphone power button for 6 seconds to power it on.
If the issue persists, connect the microphone to your computer via USB‑C cable and download the recovery tool:Repair Tool
Note: While using the recovery tool, only keep the PD100W microphone connected to your computer via USB. Do not connect the wireless receiver or other microphones; otherwise the repair process may fail.
2、Wireless receiver LED does not illuminate
Do not hold down the AI Noise‑Reduction button when plugging in the wireless receiver.
If the fault still exists, please contact customer support for remote support from a technical engineer.
