1.Physical Connection Connect Microphone to Sound Card
Use an XLR cable to connect the PD100 Gen2 microphone to the P1 and insert the plug firmly
2.Connect P1 to Computer
Plug one end of the USB-C cable into the USB-C port of the P1 and the other end into the USB port of the computer to finish connection
3. Device Initial Status Description
It is normal that the microphone indicator is off and buttons and knobs do not work after wiring
The audio interface indicator lights up which means the hardware is connected and powered on successfully
4. Computer Audio System Settings
Open computer audio settings and set the P1as the default input device
5. Adjust Volume Knobs
Use the knobs on the sound card to adjust microphone gain and device output volume respectively
6. Start Recording
Launch the recording software and you can record sounds captured by the sound card normally
The simple device settings is done and the device is ready for use
