- iPhone: Use a USB data cable or wireless receiver. iPhone 15 and above models: Directly connect the microphone's USB port (or wireless receiver) to the phone's Type-C port. iPhone 14 and below models: Use a Lightning-to-USB adapter to connect the microphone and phone. Q4. What to Do If the Microphone Isn't Recognized by Computer/Phone

Open the Maono Link software and find "Equalizer" in the "Scenes" section.
The software offers preset modes (e.g., Original Sound, Gaming, Live Streaming, Singing) for direct use.
Click "New" to manually adjust the 5-band equalizer (frequency range: 20Hz-20kHz) to enhance bass, reduce noise, etc., as needed.

Q11. Can DGM20W Connect to an Audio Interface?
No. DGM20W is a USB microphone without an XLR interface, so it cannot connect to audio interfaces.
Q12. How to Adjust Volume and Noise Reduction? No Gain Display on the Software?
- Volume adjustment: Adjust via the volume control bar in Maono Link (controllable range: 0-20).
- Noise reduction: Enable by checking the box in the software, with three options: Light, Medium, and Heavy. Excessively strong noise reduction may filter out part of the human voice, so adjust according to actual needs.
- Gain adjustment: DGM20W only supports hardware knob gain adjustment. Rotate right to increase gain and left to decrease gain. Gain cannot be adjusted on Maono Link.
Q13. How to Adjust the Microphone's Light Effects?
Click "Lighting" in the Maono Link software to adjust RGB light effects in real time. There are 9 light effects available, all supporting brightness adjustment. The lighting adjustment function is also available in the mobile version of Maono Link with the same operation logic. The desktop version is used as a demonstration here.
A custom color library is also supported, allowing you to edit light effects.

When using multiple microphones in scenarios such as podcasting, live streaming, gaming, singing, and dubbing, microphone monitoring can be adjusted more flexibly. The receiver (RX) can connect up to two microphones, so there are multiple combinations and flexibility for monitoring output. We provide options: Mic(DGM20W-1), Mic(DGM20W-2), and Computer (or Smartphone). Usually, after checking an option, you can hear the sound from the selected device through the headphones.

Q16. How to Re-pair When Wireless Connection Drops?
The DGM20W wireless receiver and microphone are pre-paired at the factory. If pairing drops during use, try re-pairing:
- Press and hold the microphone power button to turn it off.
- Plug the wireless receiver into a smartphone or computer, and confirm the receiver's indicator light turns on and enters a blinking pairing mode.
- Press and hold the microphone power button for 6 seconds until the top light flashes rapidly in blue (microphone enters pairing mode).
- Wait for the blue light to stop blinking—pairing between the microphone and wireless receiver is successful.

- Current noise ("hissing sound"): Check if the microphone is too close to strong electromagnetic devices (e.g., routers, induction cookers). Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter. Replace the USB data cable or port to eliminate line interference.
- Ambient noise ("buzzing sound"): Enable the noise reduction function on the microphone or in the software. Use a windscreen to reduce airflow noise. Use in a quiet environment to avoid background noise interference.
