| Q2: How to connect Wave T5&T1 to a mobile phone? | After removing the Transmitter and Receiver from the Charging box, they will automatically power on and pair. A solid blue light indicates successful connection. Then, use the C-to-C adapter cable included in the package to connect the Receiver to the phone’s bottom data port. | Usage issues | Q5:One of the microphones is not working | Is the microphone indicator light completely off or flashing blue? Please try the following methods: 1. Ensure the microphone is fully charged. After removing the transmitter and receiver, peel off the insulating film on the bottom (otherwise it may affect charging performance), then place them in the charging case to charge. The indicator light will be red while charging. 2. If the microphone is flashing blue, please manually pair it as follows: If you have tried the above methods but the problem persists, please record a video while using the product to demonstrate the malfunction and send the video to us. This will help us identify the problem and provide an appropriate solution. |
First, confirm whether the microphone is completely unresponsive (won't turn on at all), or if the blue indicator light is flashing and it cannot pair. |
| Q6:One of the microphones cannot be charged | Please check the following solutions: 1. After removing the transmitter and receiver, peel off the insulating film on the bottom (failure to do so may affect charging performance), and place them in the charging case for charging. It generally takes one and a half hours to fully charge. 2. Please try wiping the silver pins on the bottom of the microphone and the silver pins on the charging case with alcohol or a clean cloth. See if this helps. 3. Please swap the charging positions of the two microphones. Does the non-functioning microphone light up when placed in the other slot? Additionally, does the functioning microphone charge normally when placed in the other charging slot? This will help us determine whether the issue lies with a damaged charging slot or a faulty transmitter, enabling us to provide further replacement solutions. If you have followed the above methods but the problem persists, please record a video while using the product to show the product malfunction and send the video to us. This will help identify any problems and provide appropriate solutions. |

| Q7:The USB receiver is not working; the receiver is not lit. | Could you please tell us the model of your connected mobile phone and iPad? Was it working normally before? Regarding the issue you mentioned about the USB receiver not turning on, please try the following simple steps to troubleshoot: 1.Check if your phone case is too thick, preventing the receiver from being fully inserted. We suggest removing the phone case and trying to connect again to confirm a normal connection. A "click" sound after inserting the receiver into the USB port indicates a successful connection. 2. Please try wiping the USB receiver's port with a clean cloth. Sometimes dust on the receiver port may prevent successful connection. 3. Please try pressing and holding the "Power Button" for 16 seconds to force a reset and restart. 4.Additionally, you can connect an external data cable to the interface on the USB receiver. Check if the receiver's indicator light illuminates and if the phone can be charged. This will help us determine whether the root cause is a power issue or a connection problem. 5.Have you tested it with different mobile phones and computers? Could you please test the USB receiver on your phone and send me a video of your test so we can report the problem and replace it for you? Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support! We look forward to your reply. |

| Battery life issues | Q8:Short battery life issue | When noise cancellation is turned on, the battery life will decrease to approximately 5 hours, as additional power is required to process the noise reduction. This is normal behavior. In the original sound mode, the microphone can indeed achieve 8–9 hours of battery life. If you are recording in a quiet environment, you can turn off noise cancellation. This will allow the microphone to last approximately 8–9 hours. |
|
| Sound Issues | Q9:The sound is too low, how can I fix it? | Regarding the low recording volume you mentioned, to better understand the situation and provide the most effective solution, please provide the following information: 1. Which device are you connecting the microphone to? (e.g., smartphone, computer) 2. Are you using the Maono Link software with the microphone? You can download the Maono Link software. In the Maono Link software, you can try increasing the microphone gain. The maximum gain level is 20, and you can adjust the gain level gradually. Additionally, have you turned on noise reduction? Higher noise reduction will correspondingly reduce the volume. Here is the download link for Maono Link. Please find the download button for your Wave T1 Mini/T5: https://www.maono.com/products/maono-link-software After adjusting the gain, please carefully test whether the volume has improved. We await your reply. If the volume is still too low after trying the above steps, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send a short audio sample recorded with your microphone. This will help us determine if the volume is within the normal range. |
