5、Note the user’s environment (indoor or outdoor), platform (platform name), activity (live streaming or gaming), and how long it took for the abnormality to occur.
6、Record the device model, system version, connection method (wireless or wired), video of the abnormal operation (including the environment), Maonolink version, and firmware version.
