1. Connection Status

  • When the microphone is properly connected and recognized by the system, the status will display Linked

  • If the microphone is not connected or not detected, the status will display No Link

Note: If the microphone is connected but still shows No Link, try using a different USB port or cable, or check whether the operating system has correctly recognized the device.

2. Language Selection

  • The software interface supports bilingual display

  • Users can switch freely between Chinese and English

Tip: Language changes take effect immediately and do not require restarting the software.

3. Microphone Firmware Update

  • Click this option to update the microphone firmware to the latest available version, ensuring optimal performance and stability

  • All microphones are shipped with the latest firmware pre-installed, so manual updates are generally not required

Note: Only perform a firmware update when officially recommended or instructed by technical support.

4. Monitor (Real-Time Monitoring)

  • Enabled:
Allows you to hear your own voice in real time through headphones. Recommended for podcasting, interviews, voice recording, and voice-over scenarios

  • Disabled:
Turns off monitoring so you will not hear your own voice. Recommended for gaming, voice chat, and online meetings

Important: This is hardware-level real-time monitoring with ultra-low or near-zero latency, which is normal behavior and not a system issue.

5. Sound Enhancement (Voice Boost)

  • When enabled, the microphone output level is boosted to improve overall loudness and voice presence

  • This feature is especially useful when the gain knob is already set to maximum but the recorded volume remains low

Usage Tip: Sound Enhancement is intended for volume compensation and should not replace proper microphone positioning or gain adjustment.

Clicking the "Monitor" and "Sound Enhancement" buttons has no effect. Please update to the latest microphone driver using the tool below.

6. Factory Reset

  • Restores the microphone and all related settings to factory default values

Note: Performing a factory reset will erase all custom settings. Use this option when troubleshooting abnormal behavior or configuration issues.

7. Noise Cancelling

  • When enabled, you can adjust the noise reduction intensity using the slider to match your recording environment

  • Proper adjustment helps reduce background noise while preserving vocal clarity

Recommended Reference Values:

  • Light background noise (keyboard, air conditioning): 52

  • Moderate background noise (fan noise, distant voices): 64

  • Heavy background noise (street noise, public spaces): 82

Tip: These values are for reference only. Actual results may vary depending on microphone distance, room acoustics, and speaking volume.
