Firmware Update Tutorial

1. Connect the audio interface to your computer with two USB cables
    
   • One cable must be prepared by yourself (a mobile phone or tablet cable is recommended)
   • Connect one to the USB‑C port of the device, and the other to the OTG port
            
2. Unzip the firmware tool package
    
   • Unzipping is required before proceeding
   • We recommend unzipping it to your desktop for easy access and operation
    
3. Open the firmware update tool
    
   • You can switch the language as needed after launching
    
4. Update USB firmware
    
   • Select USB Firmware in the tool
   • Click Start Update and wait for completion
    
5. Update OTG firmware
    
   • After USB firmware update finishes, switch to OTG Firmware
   • Click Start Update and wait for completion
    
6. Finish update and reconnect the device
    
   • Disconnect the device after both firmware updates are done
   • Reconnect to your computer using only the USB‑C port
