Problem Description
In Windows 11, the Maono Arena virtual channel is not displayed in the sound output list. You can resolve this by reinstalling the driver using the following 3 methods.
Method 1: Direct Installation via Default Path
- Locate the default installation folder of the Maono Arena driver.
- Right-click the "install" file and select "Run as administrator" to launch the installation.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
- After successful installation, the Arena virtual channel will be displayed in Windows 11’s sound output list.
Method 2: Installation via Command Prompt
- Open Command Prompt (CMD) as administrator.
- Type the command to navigate to the driver’s installation directory.
- Enter the installation command and press Enter to start the installation process.
- Restart your computer after installation to apply the changes.
- After restarting, the Arena virtual channel will appear in Windows 11’s sound output list.
Method 3: Reinstall After Uninstalling the Device
- Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu if needed).
- Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" option.
- Find the "Maono Arena" device, right-click it, and select "Uninstall device".
- Return to the default installation path of the driver.
- Run the "install" file to reinstall the driver.
- After successful installation, the Arena virtual channel will be shown in Windows 11’s sound output list.
Important Notes
- After the virtual channel is successfully installed, select Arena’s virtual channel in your application software to avoid the issue where "the channel is installed but not displayed".
- After selecting the Arena virtual channel and starting to use it, restart the Arena software to display all channels. Windows 11 system settings will also sync and show the names of each virtual channel.
