1、The microphone won't turn on
1. Insert a toothpick into the 3.5 mm jack on the bottom of the microphone to perform a hardware reset. Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to power on the unit.
2. If the microphone still does not turn on, connect it to your computer with a USB cable and download the recovery tool:Repair Tool
Note:
When using the recovery tool, connect only the PD100W to your computer via USB. Do not connect the wireless receiver or any other microphones to prevent recovery failure.
2、Wireless receiver LED does not light up：
Do not hold down the AI Noise Reduction button while plugging in the wireless receiver.
