DAW Quick Setup Guide

Studio One

  1. Open the application, then select your Maono device as the default audio device in “Setup”
  2. Choose a sample rate that matches the device, then create a new audio project
  3. Enable recording and monitoring to start recording

Note⚠️: When using the device in a DAW, it is recommended to disable the “Direct” function on the audio interface to avoid hearing duplicated monitoring audio.

 

Reaper

  1. Open the application, then go to “Options” > “Preferences”. In the “Device” section, set “Audio System” to ASIO, and select “Maono ASIO” as the “ASIO Driver”
  2. Create a new track
  3. Enable recording and monitoring to start recording

Cubase

  1. Open the application, then select “Maono ASIO” as the default device under “Audio Driver” in Cubase Hub
  2. Set the speaker output to “HP Output 1+2”
  3. Create a new audio project
  4. Enable recording and monitoring to start recording
