We conduct rigorous testing on every unit before shipment to ensure full functionality and performance.
Scenario 1: Excessively dry environment
This largely depends on the user's geographic location. If the user is in an arid region—such as Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia, or northern areas including the northern United States and Canada—they are likely to experience overly dry conditions. As is well known, dryness significantly affects electrical conductivity. In the case of the microphone, when the user's hands are too dry, the touch sensor may fail to detect the finger's contact.

How can this be resolved?
(a) Apply hand cream to improve skin moisture (though admittedly, most male users may not have hand cream on hand).
(b) Apply localized moisture to the mute button area: for example, slightly wet your finger and gently wipe it over the mute button section on the microphone body to create a temporarily humidified contact surface, then check whether the microphone returns to normal operation.
Scenario 2: Hardware malfunction
If the issue persists after trying the above measures and the touch button remains green (unable to toggle), it is most likely a hardware defect. In this case, please report the problem to us, and we will arrange for further inspection and resolution.
