Troubleshooting Guide for PD100W Not Working

1Check if the microphone is powered on, and ensure the receiver connected to the computer or phone lights up normally.

 

2When connecting the wireless receiver to a computer or phone, do not press the AI noise reduction button on the receiver, as this may activate upgrade mode. In this mode, the receiver’s indicator light will not turn on, preventing successful pairing with the microphone.

 

3For some brands and models, the OTG switch must be enabled. Path: Search for "OTG switch" directly in the Settings app and turn it on.Otherwise, the receiver cannot pair successfully.

 

4If the receiver does not light up when connected to the device, try connecting it to another device.If it fails to light up on multiple devices, the issue may be with the receiver.If it only fails on one device, collect the following information: phone model for computers, provide computer configuration and system version, phone system version, a video of the user’s operation, and the receiver type.
